Dispute or Correction Request

Email corrections@safetykit.app with the report identifier, the specific item disputed, the reason it may be incorrect, and an original source when available. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

SafetyKit can mark the item disputed, review provider data and source freshness, correct normalized data, or remove an unsupported finding. Provider-owned records may require a separate provider dispute.
